The closures of schools and churches are changing the fabric of rural Ontario. As they lose these central meeting spaces, people in rural communities are becoming isolated from each other.

St Joseph’s Kingsbridge Community (SJKC) Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday October 8, 2022 at 9:00 am in the Kingsbridge Centre. Everyone welcome. This meeting will include a review of the building improvements to the Kingsbridge Centre and a summary of events held at the Centre during 2021. Also, a review of the financials of SJKC for 2019-2021 will be given.

Resignation and Election of Directors:


  1.           The resignation(s) of Pat Sherritt as director and/or officer of the corporation is/are hereby accepted effective immediately, and the election of Steve Frayne to the following position(s) is hereby confirmed:

.         The foregoing resolution maybe ratified by a majority of the votes cast at a general meeting of the members of the corporation duly called for that purpose and held on the 8th day of October 2022.
