SUMMARY:Tunes\, Tangos and Jigs ~ Huron Harp School with Jason Fowler
DESCRIPTION:Huron Harp School is based in Goderich\, ON under the direction of Sharon Johnston.  Established in 2006\, the harp school has nurtured a vibrant harp community in Huron County\, and beyond.  All students regardless of musical experience gather to make music together\, and can be found performing at concerts\, churches\, pubs\, and music festivals.  Huron Harp School is proud to say that this concert in Kingsbridge marks their twenty-year anniversary.  \n\n\n\nJason Fowler has released seven solo albums since 1995. His latest\, FORELSKET\, earned him a CFMA nomination as Instrumental Solo Artist of the Year in 2025. Jason has toured with Irish tenor John McDermott since 2001and has appeared on over 150 recordings and performed with a who’s who of Canadian & International artists. His playing has been featured in feature films\, documentaries\, and musical theatre productions.  \n\n\n\nAdmission is $20 at the door. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Refreshments available. Wheelchair accessible building.

Join us for this special pre-festival concert in Kingsbridge ahead of the Goderich Celtic Roots Festival. \n\n\n\nMain Act: Tulua (Ireland) explores traditional Irish music with passion\, creativity\, and a deep connection. From heartfelt songs to lively tunes\, their performances convey joy\, emotion\, and a unique musical bond described as “music that transcends the mind.” They’ve released their debut album No Coming No Going (2023) and EP Rising (2021)\, and have toured internationally\, performing at festivals including Milwaukee Irish Fest\, Stan Rogers Festival\, Lorient Festival\, and the National Opera House of Ireland. SUMMARY:Youth Art Day Camp
DESCRIPTION:Youth ages 10 and over are invited to a day of mask making\, bird houses\, puppet making and tie dye activities. Wear clothes that can get messy and bring your own lunch\, water bottle and hat. $20 per participant for the day. Pre-register by email to angelakeeley11@gmail.com. Payment will be received on the day of the camp.
