DESCRIPTION:This spring we are happy to welcome another session of Family Sunday School to the Kingsbridge Centre. Family Sunday school is open to any family with elementary aged or younger children who want to join in. It runs on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. twice per month. The focus is on making children aware of basic beliefs of Christianity. If you are interested\, feel free to come and give it a try. Call Jackie at 519 441-8833 if you have any questions. SUMMARY:Remembering the Great Storm of 1913
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening with David Yates\, Colleen McGuire and Warren Robinson as they acknowledge the lives and ships lost in what is still considered the worst maritime disaster ever to hit the Great Lakes. On November 8 and 9th of 1913\, 19 ships were destroyed and over 260 lives were lost in one overnight ‘white hurricane’ that descended upon the Great Lakes. Most of the losses were on Lake Huron. This evening’s presentation will be of particular interest to the Kingsbridge community since Warren Robinson will be bringing his play\, The Great Storm\, to the stage in Kingsbridge in early June of 2026. Admission is $20 per person at the door. Refreshments available. Wheelchair Accessible building.
