Walk and Talk

Come spend time with old and new friends as we walk the Kingsbridge Centre. Join us on Monday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. This is a drop-in activity and no pre-registering is required. We will walk indoors until the weather permits outdoor walking. Dress accordingly and don’t forget your indoor sneakers. Bring a toonie donation. Everyone is welcome!
