Grief Recovery Support Group

Dates : October 2,9,16,23,30  November 6,20,27

What: An 8 week program for any one who is looking for a way to change their relationship with grief, whether that grief is old, new, related to loss, change, whether you are grieving alone or carrying grief for others. The Grief Recovery Method circle will be facilitated by Jackie Simpson.  Funded in part by the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program.

Who: Anyone 18+

How: Pre-Registration is Required. Please contact 519-441-8833 to retain your spot.

When: 7pm – 8:30pm, Wednesday Nights from October 2nd to November 27th, 2024

Where: The Kingsbridge Centre lower hall

Cost: $50 to cover the cost of materials and light refreshments
